I, too, have found there are lots of people who want to con you. And over 99 cents! Each time I have had trouble, I asked for a digital photo so I can immediately refund the money and file the claim on-line without them having to worry about it. If they say that they don't have a camera, then I suggest that they get a friend to use their cell phone camera. Everyone has one these days. Well I think you are a wonderful seller, buyer and friend. You think that lady could of tried to work something out nicely before resorting to bearing the claws. At a time when all in my life was crashing in comes this bidder who I remember as the sweetest seller ever, so much so that when she asks for a shipping discount I grant it at a loss to myself and then the day she pays she leaves a note with the paypal threatening because of high shipping that she will find broken wades...Oh My...4 Brand New MIP Calendar Wades all tripple bubble wrapped for Canade are chipped! Then I am slandered with Postive feedback...lol...Buyers should look at her feedback left to see the pattern of feedback abuse and extortion she is using to get what she wants. Thank you so very much once again for bringing to light that what would like very much to hide in the dark...lol. Bless you!

Just to let you know, many of us understand how you feel. I, too, have one person who swears the figurine I sent her was "smashed to smithereens." But when I ask her to return it so I can collect the insurance, she refuses and says she glued it back together. So what happened to "smithereens?" I took her off my list, but the damage is done. There is NO WAY it was harmed...not when I packed it so carefully. So hang in there. There's always one. But just about everyone I have dealt with at eBay have been wonderful. Sue
