You ... My customers are number 1 and I will do what it takes to make you happy in all sales with you. I believe that the customer must be satisfied in all aspects of a sale and walk away with a crafted item they can not just live with but can't live without.

I have made and sold crafts on a average of 20 years now. I have always loved creating wreaths and swags as my main craft. It makes me feel so good when I know someone has purchased my wreaths or swags and returns for yet another.

I use PayPal as my form of payment payment is expected no later than 10 days from auctions end

I only ship to a confirmed address at PayPal. I ship using USPS. I ship item/items out the day after payment is completed in full.I package items very carefully shipping insurance is usually a good idea on expensive or delicate items as once a item leaves my hands and is with the carrier I can no longer be responsible for it.

If you receive a item that has been mistakingly described wrong or I missed something of great importance . I will refund you money less shipping and handling cost Returns will be done only in the event that the customer contacts me within 2 days from the auctions end and I receive the item back in the exact same condition with complete same packaging I will gladly do a return for the cost of the item less shipping and handling with PayPal
