Having been raised in a family that owned and operated 5 retail shops (when retail WAS customer service and the mall was THE place to shop) I have made myself familiar with fashion for men, women, and the home. I continue that passion through my ebay sales. I also have been involved in the live auction scene for over 25 years and have familiarized myself with some antiques and collectibles. The most benefit (other than an income) I get from selling is the personal satisfaction that I have provided the customer with quality products at a reasonable price while making a living. I believe integrity and honesty are the best policies and most valuable qualities from a seller's and buyer's standpoint. I enjoy participating in arts & crafts shows and customer interaction is a fun thing for me. Although I am not in the business of face-to-face service, customer satisfaction is still an important part of my business.
