My Superfoods Bible! An extraordinary read that will change your life.
David Wolfe writes eloquently with a passion based on his own experiences and research. The book it worth more than its price tag because there's truth in his writing whereby one can attain a more vibrant, spiritual, and healthy life without chronic inflammation or disease. I have been seeking out and consuming the foods that David prescribes in his book and I am amazed by all the changes that have taken place. Though for me the changes may be more noticeable as I consume a 95% raw organic foods diet with a green smoothie daily. I am most amazed at how I feel after having Maca in my daily green smoothie. Why didn't I know all of this before? I understand David's passion and his need to share this with the world. Who could keep this powerful knowledge that can stop age and degeneration in its tracks? These foods are more easily attainable now than ever before. After reading the book, one has the knowledge and power to begin a life change, there's no hiding from the truth. If you want a better life, pick up the book and I would be very surprised if you didn't seek out his other books and information. There are also very moving talks from David that you can view and listen to on you tube. He's a very intelligent person and has a wonderful sense of humor. He has a wealth of knowledge that he's eager to share with you if you so choose.
