We sell within the continental United States at this time. Orders of regular stock products will normally be shipped within 2-4 business days of confirmed payment unless otherwise specified. Actual delivery can vary based on your distance from our closest stocking warehouse, so please allow 4–6 days for delivery. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you. Special and Custom Order items are created to order, and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you contact us about ordering a special size of clothing, having an item tailored, or having custom jewelry made, we will include a time estimate along with your price quote. Unfortunately, we cannot ship many products to P.O. boxes or APO addresses at this time. Items damaged in transit MUST be reported to our office within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim.

All of our clothing, gifts, and gift baskets carry a 15-day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you dislike your item, you may send it back to us within 15 days of the shipment date and get a full refund. Items must be in their original condition when they are sent back, meaning we will not accept items that have been used, damaged, opened, or have had tags removed. Any item that has been ordered in a special size or tailored to your specifications cannot be returned. For regular stock products, simply send an e-mail to km_boutique@yahoo.com for instructions on how to return your purchase within 15 days of shipment for a full refund of the original purchase price. You will receive your refund after we have received the item.
