K&M Camera is a long established Camera and Photography Supply store located in New York, NY. We have been in business for more then 30 years, we started out as a family business back in 1976 and since then our family has grown considerably!

Currently our preferred payment method is PayPal. We expect all payments to be made within 48 hours of an item being won. We will also accept Credit Cards and Money Orders but ONLY when we are notified before the buyer places a bid or uses the buy-it-now function. If we are not contacted before the item is purchased to arrange an alternate payment method we expect payment in full via PayPal

Currently we ship Domestically and Internationally. We do not ship to APO addresses and we do not ship to South America or to select places in Asia. International Duties and Taxes are not included in the shipping and handling charges and are the buyers responsibility to pay in full. We currently offer many different shipping options including UPS Ground and Expedited services as well as USPS services. UPS is the only method available with a guaranteed delivery time. If you need an item before a certain date please select a UPS method for delivery. We will not issue refunds or exchanges due to delays in shipping

At this time we will only accept returns on items for three reasons. If the item is defective, damaged in transit or different then described. We MUST be notified within 7 days of receipt of package to issue a refund. If the item is visibly damaged when delivered we must be notified within 48 hrs. We retain the right to deny refunds and exchanges without recourse if not notified within the stated time frames. All refunds will be sent via the original payment method. If a money order is used to submit payment then the refund method will be via business check. We do not refund shipping charges if an item has previously been shipped. We do not currently make any exceptions to this policy. If there is an error in the item delivered we will gladly pay for the return shipping and ship the correct item to you free of charge
