The negative feedback left by Jawi1939 is a lie, & as far as I am concerned slander. Below are the emails from her, & answered by me. Sept2708 from jawi1949 Dear kmcstang, I got these frames today & they are NOT as described at all. The round frame is cast iron & not brass or bronze. The rectangle frame is missing a piece off the top of the frame. It did NOT break off in transit as the piece was not in the package, so it was broken off before it was sent. These items were NOT as described & I want a refund.If you want them back you need to pay for return shipping. jawi1949 Sept2708 from kmcstang Thank you for your email. I want to point out in the listing it never stated that these frames were brass or bronze. They were listed as golden or bronzed. Also, the damage is clearly visible in the picture.I described these frames as in good condition, not excellent or mint condition. These are Not as described and I will file a complaint with PayPal and you will have to give a complete refund and then I get to leave VERY negative feedback. Many sellers take a photo of the problem area and call your attention to it on their auction page. This seller feels that deceit is OK I guess, but I disagree.

10/3/2008 Buyer: These2 frames were described as in good condition. The rectangle frame has a chunk of metal missing from the top making it lopsided. When I received them and informed the seller of this obvious problem, she said that they were good, not perfect. I think it is deceitful to say something is in good condition when you KNOW that something is missing. They were billed as brass, but the round frame is cast iron. With these 2 problems I feel they are NOT as described and wanted a refund. She refused the refund because she feels that GOOD condition means that there can be something wrong with the item. I feel she should have said something in the written description, because the photos were too small to tell of the missing piece. I have asked for a refund several times but she said I would have to file a complaint. I stopped emailing her because she got very nasty and defensive. Help me please.
