This transaction did not go smoothly. A piece described as no damage, arrived with a chip on the edge of the tail and internal crack. It took going back and forth probably 40 to 50 times and contacting Ebay to get a resolution. I kept the piece with the damage and accepted a partial refund as I've never seen a Murano fish like this one. Seller charged me extra, using PayPal, as she said double boxing would be more costly. The piece arrived in a single box. Overall, an unpleasant experience.
