6 of 6 found this helpful Looked like a brand new product but when when my wife tried using it she wasn't impressed by the power. I gave it a try and noticed that there was a large hole near the top of the unit. I couldn't register the product online and I had to call Dyson directly for registration and repairs. The unit has been out for repairs longer than I've owned it.
