Lextechs offer FedEx and UPS Shipping rates; delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time you place your order NOTE: The vast majority of our merchandise are shipped via FedEX Ground regardless of the shipping options you choose. Shipping costs are retrieved directly from FedEx and UPS. Shipping calculations are based on your zip code and product weigh. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands must choose either UPS or Fedex Air services since Ground service is not available to these areas

If a damaged product has been received, Lextechs must be notified within 24 hours (1) business days. We do not offer exchanges for a different item. REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Returns must be in like new condition. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories. All returns must be received by Lextechs within 15 days from the RMA number issue date. Authorized returns for merchandise in original boxes and in new condition for non-defective items are subject to a $35.00 USD, or 25% per unit,(which ever is less) restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not issue pre-paid shipping returns. Please note that all returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender. We recommend returns be made via UPS or FedEx insured freight only. Lextechs accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
