The item was stuck during shipping. The seller was excellent with communications, and I patiently waited (they had shipped the item quickly, but USPS is having issues and is having packages stuck everywhere - it had been on local news here in Houston). Client immediately followed up on the situation, and decided to do a full refund. I would recommend them for exceptional customer service.

The item apparently came direct from supplier & was not packed properly by no means. I contacted seller who responded promptly & made an adjustment. I wouldn’t order again until I knew they were going to package properly from being beat around by the shipper. Very poorly packed. If wasn’t being shipped it would be ok. There was a little foam on one side & very light bubble wrap.
