So Easy
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been dieting all my life and have tried every program out there. I heard about Eating Clean and decided to give it a try. This is not a diet. It is a life style change. And what a change it is. I bought this book to get some help on how to eat clean and it had more than i could have asked for. This is soooo easy. Tosca is such a wonderful writer and has recipes that everyone will love. I read everything of hers that I can get my hands on. What an insperation. If you need to lose weight or just want to change the way you eat this is a must have. The book is absolutely wonderful.

I wish when you wrote on it that the markings would be darker. Because of the i really havent used it. Its really hard to see.
