Item arrived quickly and in identical condition to photos. Unfortunately as does happen at times due to factors out of sellers control, internal electronics came undone and item is unusable. Fortunately seller is willing to rectify an issue that wasn't even his own causing. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Know the details of the product you need. I thought I would get a functional product. The product arrived as stated in the picture. However, I didn't realize it didn't include the shaft to connect the cones to the attachment/mixer. I now have an over priced, unusable, 4 shredder cones and attachment that doesn't attach to the mixer. Seller offered return by my paying the cost and then refunding only a portion. I had to buy the shaft from another seller. I could have bought new for the cost!

Great person here. Reached out and offered me a great deal. This discontinued Hoover part. Was 46.00 from Hoover plus shipping. No longer available. So glad this seller offered this deal. Jumped right on it. Even though bought a Hart replacement machine. Also interchangeable parts with Hoover. Old one wife put away to shot of water in container. Bloated beyond true usability. Saved parts. Now have upstairs and downstairs machines. And don't have to trash Hoover or just save for parts. Usable now
