As for individual artist(s), my favorites are Moby, Leftfield, Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren, Lux, Chicane, Royksopp, Mo' Horizons, Blank & Jones, Bonobo, Soulstice, Moloko, Basement Jaxx, Aromabar, The Prodigy, The Crystal Methods, The Brand New Heavies, Jamiroquai, Sade, Smoma, Andezz, John Williams, Emma Shapplin, Luciano Pavarotti, Rachid Taha, Riku Nouttajarvi, and of course Frank Klepacki (the guy who wrote Command & Conquer soundtracks). Oh, and I fucking hate top fourties. Mainstream music is fugly like hell!! (not to mention DRM sucks)
