All items are coming from a smoke free environment. To my knowledge, all items are new. Any scratches that appear on them have been caused by them rubbing against each other in the case.

PayPal is eBays safe and convenient online payment service. Please do not pay until you have won all items that you want to bid on. Most people are not aware that PayPal charges the seller every time a payment is made. I didn't know until I started selling. I allow 7 days from the date of the last auction ending to make your payment, unless you have emailed me to make other arrangements. Please pay for all items together.

Items are usually shipped the next day. I offer a discount on each additional eligible item you buy. I combine shipping on items won when paid together on one invoice within 7 days of last auction ending.

If some of you receive a package that appears to have an abundance of tape, I do apologize! I have had a few bad experiences already with the postal service. I even had one envelope come back to me stamped 'Received Unsealed Without Contents'. I immediately contacted the buyer to apologize. We were both surprised, because it never had reached its destination! I don't know who put the stamp on it, but I'm glad it made it back to me. I would have had no idea that the buyer never received the item. This is one example of why you should contact the seller before leaving negative feedback. You never know what happens when the item is going from seller to buyer.

All sellers strive for positive feedback. As stated in the above example, there are things that are out of our control. So please contact me with any problems that arise before leaving negative feedback. I want you to enjoy your charms as much as I enjoy mine!
