Skinny Bitch in the Kitch by Kim Barnouin, Rory Freedma
I like the idea of a healthy cookbook. I do not like the way there are harder to find ingredients or ingredients that I have never even heard of in this book;this makes it less probable that I will try cooking lots of the recipes. I will see if my husband is willing to take the challenge of cooking any meals in the book. If not, back on ebay this book will go.
