Pack and Trail created this e-bay store to support the e-bay community. We also carry thousands of products in our stand-alone web presence at www.packandtrail.com. If you don't find what you are looking for in our e-bay store, please visit www.packandtrail for a larger selection.

Payment policy
Paypal is accepted at our e-bay store (and through Paypal, all major credit cards). We also accept personal checks and money orders, but this option delays shipping.

Shipping information
We turn our orders in 2-3 business days. Shipping is generally through UPS. We charge only a $2.95 handling/packaging charge in addition to the calculated UPS ground cost.

Return policy
Please contact Pack and Trail prior to any return! If a product is received that has been incorrectly shipped, damaged in shipping or is found to be damaged upon opening the shipping package, contact us through e-bay messaging or at sales@packandtrail.com. If the item is damaged, please notify the carrier immediately. Please do not refuse the product or return without contacting us first. Product that was received and discovered to be incorrect can be exchanged for another similar product. The original product must be returned in the original packaging and in As New condition. This means that all packaging has been saved and is in good condition and the product has not been used. All other returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Product must be received by Pack and Trial in As New condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Used or user-damaged merchandise cannot be returned.
