My passion for bath, body, skin care, hair care, and fragrance products started when I began working for an internationally recognized cosmetics/skin care company years ago. That passion strengthened through the years. I became more knowledgeable and developed a deeper understanding of the importance of improving my customers’ quality of life through great products that offer solutions. Ultimately; Bath, Body & Fragrance Boutique was born!

Our products are not easily found on the internet or in your local stores. We truly want to be your specialty boutique by offering you these quality products at reasonable prices, as well as to provide you with and excellent shopping experience.

Payment policy
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, e-check or paypal: Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed for shipment within two days.
Occasionally, an item will not be available at the time of purchase due to unexpectedly high demand. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any bid/order. If this occurs, you will be notified and you can either opt for another item; however additional charges may apply if the replacement item is greater in value than your original choice, and certainly if the replacement product is less in value than your original choice we will credit you the difference. If you decide not to choose a replacement product then we will issue a refund no more than 3 days from the date of payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, please let us know and we will work with you.
Shipping information
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
International orders are shipped via USPS Express International Mail and Fedex International Ground to Canada. Please check with your local customs and postal facilities to determine if your package may be subject to fees, duties or taxes. Our international shipping charges are based on USPS Express Mail International and Fedex Ground to Canada rates. We DO NOT inflate our shipping charges. In most cases, we assume a portion of the shipping charges to lower your cost.
We do not charge a handling fee; however, we take great care in packaging your order.
Return policy
You may return a product you purchased from us within 7 days of receipt, unless the item has been opened or tampered with (ie: If the item is sealed and the seal or plastic has been opened, removed or tampered with).Our supplier will not accept items that have been opened or tampered with.
Please Note:
a) Shipping charges will not be refunded.
b) Return postage fees will not be credited.
c) A refund will not be credited until we receive the item.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will either issue a full refund or we will ship a replacement. A replacement or refund will not be sent until we receive the returned item.
