Many of our customers loved the jewelry so much that they quickly spread the news to their friends and family. We prefer PayPal for payment. Payment should be made within three days of auction ending. We do also accept money orders and cashiers checks. Your package will ship either the same day or the next business day after payment has been received. The service we use is USPS and in most cases we ship via First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery is 3 to 5 days for most orders. If there is a delay for some reason, We will contact the buyer to let them know. We will send you the confirmation number of every package that we send you. You can buy insurance for your item for a small fee. It is recommended as we are not responsible for the package after it leaves our warehouse. We love to combine shipping for our customers. Please pay the highest shipping first and add 50% of the shipping costs of every item thereafter. We save when we ship items together and we love to pass those savings onto our customers.

We do offer a seven day return for exchange policy. We will gladly exchange your item within seven days of receiving it less shipping. Item must not be worn, washed or used in any way to qualify for our return policy. All original tags must be attached when returning the item. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we send you the wrong item. In this case, we will gladly pay shipping both ways. We will not accept any returns unless we are first contacted to confirm that you are returning an item. Unconfirmed returns will be returned to sender.
