For the honest details of this transaction please contact me. Buyer makes offer, pays for item then contacts me claiming he made an error. I denied a return and shipped item. When he received the return he claimed that item wasn't was as decribed in listing and contacted ebay. His return was approved and when it was received from the buyer there was damage. Of course he claimed that it was there when he received it yet that damage wasn't mentioned in his claim. 1st negative since 1998.

If you want to talk honest then please mention the missing rubber footing and the ding on the face plate of the item. The scratch mark you are accusing of doing, you already mentioned it in your description and that was not even the reason the item was returned. You said "cosmetically 99%" condition, how can a ding and a missing rubber footing be a "99% cosmetically" condition. I recommend you review ebays policy on return and cancellation policies.
