It is a really good value and it is so much better than simmer lights in that it will brighten your hair much better, i left it in for about 5 minutes and when i got out of the shower my hair was a very light blonde versus the dark blonde ive had lately...to say the least i was extremely pleased. However, when washing your hair it feels like straw and makes it really dry, so use a really good conditioner, a really nice one that is budget friendly would be the loreal extreme repair one, i leave it on for about 5-10 minutes while im shaving and such... it works miracles and it leaves my hair smelling amazing, that paired with a few drops of orgainx argan oil for a few weeks, it doesnt even look like my hairs been bleached for the 5th time in a month! Love it!

This book is amazing one of the great books ever written and it will always remain one of the classics as it should, this book will make you look at who you are and see your own ways of error surrounding topics of wrongful judgement, simply the best !
