Payment policy
I accept and prefer paypal (for both buying and selling). I do take other payment methods provided the buyer is considerate enough to contact me and ask first. Being flexible with payment methods often leads to higher bids. Of course, the item never leaves my sight until payment is made and confirmed.
Shipping information
I exclusively ship via USPS priority, airmail or express mail. I have shipped all over the globe and have never had a problem or a customer complaint (see my feedback). I always ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation and have even shipped within one hour on a couple of occasions. Not many people realize that the US Post Office delivers EVERY day including Sunday (express mail service). They are the best shipping method in my opinion.
Recently, I have made several miscalculations with shipping costs to my own detriment. When this happens, I will always cover the extra cost. In cases of shipping being much less than stated, I will automatically refund you the difference through paypal. Please bear in mind that packing tape, bubble wrap, and packaging materials aren't free. So if postage is a dollar or two higher than the price on the mailing label, please be easy on my DSR ratings! If you think I overcharged you, please contact me prior to leaving feedback, and I'll reimburse you.
Return policy
My auctions state that I accept returns on new items that arrive with defects and used items are sold as is, however, I consider all return requests. I will NOT accept returns for issues that were disclosed in the item description under any circumstances. I encourage EVERYONE to CAREFULLY READ the entire listing. I WILL accept returns for issues that I overlooked and failed to point out. I am human. Even with all the checking and re-checking, I do make mistakes sometimes. When I do, I will admit fault and let you decide how I can make it up to you.

DSR RATINGS MAKE OR BREAK SELLERS!
Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) is a five-star based system designed to further educate the consumer. Leaving ANYTHING LESS THAN A 5-STAR RATING spells disaster for the seller, and possible loss of selling privileges! I have gotten less than five stars for shipping charges on items that I SHIPPED FREE!!! If you have ANY concerns, be it postage charges or whatever, all I ask is that you contact me before leaving feedback. I will do whatever it takes to earn your satisfaction, guaranteed! I'm more than fair with my customers when given the opportunity to be. I will always answer you in a respectful and professional manner, you have my word. Thank you for your consideration.
About Feedback...
Feedback is a wonderful thing. It helps give future customers an idea of what to expect from the seller. Good feedback=good seller/buyer... it's so simple! A seller should leave feedback immediately after payment is received as the buyer's obligation has been fulfilled. A buyer should leave feedback after they receive the item and are completely satisfied with their purchase. Nothing peeves me more than a trader that never leaves feedback. After 90 days, I send a friendly reminder, but some never respond. Please, be a responsible ebayer! Follow through with every transaction in a timely manner. I promise I will extend you the same courtesy! Ok, let's review: Sellers: Leave FB after payment is made! Buyers: Leave FB after delivery of your item! And do it in a reasonable amount of time!
