Ordered FOUR and only received ONE. Seller did not send the rest and ruined my Xmas present plans! Seller had the chance to ship the remaining three via Next Day Air to fix the seller error and to save Christmas but did not want to. My request was ignored. I will not use this seller again and I recommend that others look elsewhere.

This buyer did not need these for Xmas. His Amazon store sells all kinds of similar items and bought from us because we have the best price and he was going to make a profit. We sincerely apologized for the error and gave him a complete refund so he got the one toy for free. If we could have gotten the items to him next day we definitely would have but for medical reasons we were unable to and he said he could only take next day. What a shameful review claiming we ruined his Xmas!
