Item was listed as untested, and the cartridge does not appear to work; if the seller has any advice for it to work I would like to know (return postage is too much of a hassle and expensive, and I have used the item anyways) and a keyboard overlay was missing from the box. However, the item was packaged well and arrived on time. If I remember correctly, it was sent soon after I purchased it as well. The seller appears to mean well, and I am likely to purchase from them again in the future.
