I ship regularly at least 3 times per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. By request I can ship more often or if I have several things to go out
Return policy
I will accept returns in the following instances. I take photos of my items and list features, etc. so I feel you should know what you are getting. Asking questions is always a good idea prior to bidding if your not sure about something. I answer ALL of my messages personally. I do not issue refunds for items that do not fit. If you feel an item has been grossly-misrepresented and my definition was intentionally misleading I ask that you please send me a polite explanation of your disatisfaction. I am a reasonable person and your satifcation is very important to me. I also save my listings and photos so we can compare what was shipping and the condition is was shippped with what was received. Please ask for insurance if you are concerned. If no resolution can be made I ask that the item be returned to me and upon my receipt of the returned item I will refund your money minus the shipping costs. I must be notified 7 days from the date the item is shipped of any disatisfaction.
