I believe eBay is a great fun place and 99.99% of all people are honest. I do my best to make sure each item is described as accurately as humanly possible - with the help of trifocals and a magnifying glass. I also take the sale seriously and expect that that the winning bidder will, too. When somebody fails to follow through on their end, it's disappointing and costly. I will send one reminder email on the 4th day after the auction if I haven't heard from the winner and post a dispute on the 8th day if still no response arrives. On the 15th day with no reply, the dispute will be closed and a strike filed. In the same manner that I run a large, operational production department, I don't play when it comes to committment. By the same token, if the winner has a complaint about an item, all they need to do is let me know. It can be returned for a full refund including one way shipping. I want you to be pleased!

Since January 2009, eBay insists on PayPal only. This really works best for all parties as it's fast & secure. It's really super for the International bidders because there is no question about currency denominations.

USPS exclusively. Generally Priority mail because it's cost effective, quick and, I believe the packages are handled a bit better. Books go Media mail and little bitty, light weight, indestructible items go First Class. I don't use UPS or Fed Ex because I work full time and it's totally inconvenient to find a drop location at an hour that makes it work. Also, I don't do pick up or drop off because of the working-full-time thing and it's just safer for everyone involved. Of course I KNOW that 99.99% of the general public is perfectly trust worthy but not tempting fate is always a good idea.

If a winner is unhappy with an item, all that they need to do is send me an email. A full refund plus one way shipping will be immediately issued upon receipt of the item back as long as it's in the same condition as when it left my hands. I know that 'condition' is a subjective term but if you check my feedback, you'll know I'm a square dealer. The 7 negative feedback from the last 8+ years have ALL been by non-paying bidders with a grudge.

Unless you've received a personal email from me, use the eBay platform for contact or general messages. It's the best protection for all of us. If you've won one of my auctions, you'll have my mailing address. Not to be rude but, otherwise, you don't need my contact information.

I wrap and pack items within an inch of their life. A lady in Australia once said her item could have been thrown from the airplane into her yard and it would've been safe. A man in Canada said that if I wrapped Christmas packages like his item, it would be Easter before they were opened! BUT... we all know that the postal services play football with the boxes so, unless you spend those few more pennies on insurance, I can't be responsible for in-route mishaps, including disappearance.
