We attend some of the largest comic, anime, gaming, and pop-culture conventions on the West Coast. These include San Diego Comic-Con International, Wizard World Los Angeles, Anime Expo, Gen Con, Star Wars Celebration IV, Siggraph and Phoenix Comicon. As a result of our attendance at these events, we are able to offer a wide variety of convention exclusives, autographed, and hard to find collectible items. We are a non-smoking facility.

We accept payment via PayPal exclusively. Payment must be made within 6 days of end of auction or item will be relisted, non-paying bidder dispute will be opened with eBay, and appropriate negative feedback will be left for the non-paying bidder.

We make every effort to ship within 48 hours of payment being received by us. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Yes, we do combine shipping and handling for multiple purchases; the combined shipping and handling charges are determined by the final weight of the package. We utilize the United States Postal Service exclusively for all of our shipping needs. We reuse packaging materials whenever possible and we use recycled paper for our shipping labels. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Insurance is an option on all items listed however it is required on any item selling at $50.00 USD or more. Insurance is highly recommended and if insurance is not taken we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipping. The insurance rate will be calculated for you and shown in the shipping quote on the listing page. Ther will be no exceptions to this policy.

Simply send us an email in advance of payment informing us of your desire to have the item gift wrapped. You let us know boy/girl/man/woman/event and sentiment. We will send you a revised invoice reflecting the gift wrapping charge. Your package will then arrive wrapped in quality paper, with coordinating ribbon and bow, and a gift card.

We do ship worldwide! International buyers, please be aware that we will state the winning price, not including shipping, on all of the shipping and customs forms.
