I studied for many years before I actually began sewing and embroidering for others. There was much to learn. I had to learn fabrics, density, colors, stitches, designing, etc. I have purchased so many different types of sewing and embroidery machines that I can hardly keep count. I would purchase one machine, learn all of the skills, then upgrade to another. Now I have a room full of different types of sewing and embroidery machines. I still attend every seminiar I can and continue to update my skills. There are always new techniques and projects that capture my imagination. Nothing pleases me more than when a person receives their item, they tell me they are thrilled.

eBay now only allows Paypal payments.

I try to ship priority mail. Postal rates have really soared, so if you request it, I will ship regular mail. It just takes longer that way. I never charge handling fees. I charge by zip code and weight.

I will always send you a picture of your design before your item is sewn. Once you approve your design, I will stitch out your item. Your item is then inspected for any defects and workmanship. It is then shipped. Therefore, custom items are non-refundable.

If you have any questions about your item, please email me before you bid or before your item is stitched. It is very important that you are satisfied with your design picture. Check spellings, fonts and colors. Once an item is stitched, the stitching cannot be removed without damaging the item.
