They sent the wrong faucets. Looking at the packing they were brand new and in original manufacturer boxes. To their credit they contacted me and attempted to correct the mistake the very next day. The return process was very smooth and the refund was provided in a timely manner. Everyone makes mistakes and this was just an honest error so no need to ding them, especially when they tried to work it out with me quickly. Would definitely give them my business when a chance arises.
