We have direct connections with approximately 11 banks. We have bought and sold hundreds of houses and land to investors and homeowners at deep discounts. Majority of our properties sell very quickly to companies and investors (large and small). We own all of our houses outright, therefore our properties have a free and clear title, no liens, no encumbrances, and no liabilities. Our corporate office in located in San Diego, CA and have offices in Michigan and Ohio. Our Land Division was developed for the purpose of making low cost, high quality property available to real estate investors worldwide. We take painstaking efforts to research and investigate thousands of properties (homes and land) each year and select only a relative few. We find the best valued lots available for you.
