Lip gloss was shipped in a regular letter envelope without any bubble wrap. Evidently the envelope was torn during sorting and somewhere along the way the lipgloss fell out of the packaging. Evidently the mail carrier didn’t realize this maybe thinking there was a letter inside, however it was empty. I didn’t receive the lipgloss. Seller responded to “usps don’t deliver empty envelopes”. No refund, o replacement was offered. No response to my second message where I suggested better packaging
