Really good people to deal with. I had an issue with the blender I bought that was my own fault, not understanding how to use it properly. They dealt brilliantly with my situation, & even sent a replacement, which meant them losing money on postage. Once I realised it was my mistake, & both of them worked fine, they said they'd take the hit on the postage once I sent back the second one, even tho i said id cover that cost. Can't recommend them more.

The item that I ordered arrived quite badly damaged on the base of the unit, being dented with the paint peeling off, and rusty metal underneath; however, upon reporting the problem to the seller, a replacement was promptly dispatched and delivered in perfect condition, exactly as described. In my view, the packaging for this item is insufficient, and needs more protective padding packed inside the box. Delivery was by Evri, but the damage to the original item may have been prior to this.
