Born in Belgium, the 29th of September 1969, I began learning classical dance at 4 years old. Ten years later, I became a Gymnastics Gold Medalist of the Province of Liege. After my Hight School Certificate in Mathematics, I completed my background with a MS in Physical Education and a MS in Sciences of Health in the University of Liege. From 1993 till 2000, I taught physical education in High Schools. In addition, I promote aerobic and fitness classes in different places. In February 2000, I met Thierry Viatour (Krav Maga Worldwide Europe Coordinator) and started learning Krav Maga. Later, I became training coordinator in Krav Maga and I helped write the Krav Maga Notebook. I am a Black Belt Krav Maga instructor and I teach classes and seminars as well.
