Payment policy
We prefer PayPal but items may also be paid for with Checks and Money Orders. Products paid with Checks or Money Orders will be shipped when the check or Money Order clears the bank. Products paid for through Paypal will ship the next available shipping day. Products are shipped till 3:00 PM on Business days.
Shipping information
La Rose Flowers and Gifts ships through UPS from Jersey City, NJ up until 3:00 PM Mondays thru Fridays, excluding Holidays. PO Box Numbers are shipped through the USPS. Insurance is included in our UPS shipments, there is no need to purchase insurance.
Return policy
We will replace damaged products after we file a claim with the UPS insurance.
