Boots were advertised as new however they were VERY worn. I offered to keep them with a partial refund. I also said I would send them back if they sent a shipping label. They responded once a week ago saying there were "scuffed" by being in a box with other shoes and not used. I sent them several photos showing that they are CLEARLY used, NOT new. I don't see a place here to add photos to show the condition.
