Eric and I have been married for 6 years now and both work full time jobs. We have 5 kids. They take up most of our time, but we do love spending time with them , going to the beach(well what is left of the beach after the hurricanes), riding four wheelers etc.. Eric loves singing and sings alot on singshot.com. A very cool site, anyone can sing and record there music and other members can listen and critic it. He is also a Cowboy! he loves anyting that is country. I'm a little more Rock N Roll and he is a lil bit country lol..isn't that a song? ANYWAY, all in all, we have a great family.

I started this biz about 2 months ago and have loves looking for those bargans at every turn. My mother and father owned a bar here in the town that we are from and I was always in the mix over there helping with the books and inventory so I know what it takes to run a biz and how hard it can be, but rewarding when all your efforts are rewarded when that biz becomes a huge sucess. That is what i am really trying to do. Give my customers great products for low prices and still make a profit without scamming or being dishonest. I think people Value that honesty when you are presenting your items to sell. They might not buy that item, but they will return for more purchases. They know they have a trustworthy seller! That's me and I look forward to meeting new people and doing biz with ALL!

once the item has arrived, I do require that a email is sent to me immediately if something is wrong. After that they have 7 days to send the item back. WHen the item is received a full credit will be issued.

I was recently given some harsh feedback. The first one I would like to address is the customer who left me negative feedback because she was upset with shipping cost. After purchasing a shirt and fully knowing shipping cost was 6.00 , she receives the top and likes it but notices that shipping posted on the package was not the same as what she paid. It was less and sent me an email stating that she would give me a negative feedback unless I refunded her the difference. I explained to her that she also needed to include the cost of the packaging, inwhich then she would see that the cost was correct. She then sent me a bill through paypal for the balance. WOW, that took nerve. I did not pay this amount, even though it was very small, it was just the principal. After not paying her, yep, she left me negative feedback. That really was a horrible experience.

second is the customer who gave me feedback and said she did not receive her items. Well, this was a customer from Canada and she purchased alot,like 10 shirts. I sent the items out and she claimed she did not receive them. I was not smart and did not have tracking number on this or insurance, so I had no way of proving otherwise. So being it was my fault..I resent another 10 shirts..this cost a fortune to do, but it was the right thing to do. This time I had it insured just so I could know that it was received. Before this second package arrived she started giving me negatives because she thought I was lying about sending the second package. I was not! she did get the items and all was settled but she didn't retract her negative feedback which was sooo damaging.
