Shipped very quickly and fragile items were well packaged. No damage and product was as described in excellent condition. Seller did miss the faint number on the bottom of the item that the manufacturer uses to identify the different pieces. It was the only other information that could have been added to the description. Overall, great service and very pleased with the purchase.

Imagine my surprise when I received more than i thought I purchased (apparently, I didn't read the description very well & thought I would be getting 4 cups, 1 saucer & 1 bread/ butter plate).
