My experience was that the listing was dishonest. It said NEW condition but the box had been opened and there are scores of nuts and bolts and little parts and I've no idea if all the parts arrived. The listing only gave one option, Expedited and even though a USPS Flat Rate box was used, I was overcharged about $40 for shipping. Seller refused to refund the exorbitant excess shipping charge. I've found this Seller to be very dishonest and greedy. I highly discourage buying from him.
