My name is Diana, I am 38 years old, I have been happily married for 15 years, we have two young teen girls. I am a Full Time College Student working extremely hard to finish my Business Degree. When I dont have my head in a book,I am on eBay or pogo

I sell the items that my family has no use for. Clothes, shoes, outerwear, toys, dance items, musical items, hunting items, any out door items, and just about anything else that is laying around the house or my other family members houses.

I buy clothes for me and my teen girls, my family. I buy for educational purpose, fun, extra activites, such as dance items, music instruments and care products, softball, reading materials, gifts and for our entire extended family.

My family has several different items that we collect. Coins, guns, musical instruments, gaming systems, dolls, cd, dvd, vintage and new items. We are a very active family.

I love to shop on eBay!!!!whether I am bidding or just browsing, I enjoy and cold winters day reading a good book and swimming and hanging out in the pool, I enjoy playing computer games on pogo.com, I love chatting on the telephone with my extended family members.

I pride myself on my honesty. Sometimes it even gets me into trouble when I dont know when to just keep the truth to myself. I am known as the type of person that If you dont want to know the truth dont ask me, wheather it is good or bad. I will tell you the truth and have several or too many reasons to back up my answer. The Truth always sets me free.

I have worked in the world of business for 22 years. I have owned my own my own retail business, sold it and relocated in 2001 from the big city to a rural county area in the middle of Ohio. I am currently a full time student, sell on eBay and Half. com, I work short term, temporary postition in my general area and I pride myself on raising my children. I have two daughters, one is 13 and the other is 11 and should be a teen with her older sisters influance. I am a hard worker and a dedicated sales person. When I grow up I want to go back to retail management.

I am an easy going person. I prefer Paypal, however, I will take or use money orders (only alternative, they cost too much).

I ship with all types of services, usually priority USPS, and prefer to have my items shipped to me in that manner. I will pay the extra charges to do so. I recommend and use shipping insurance for high priced or fragile items.

I have not had the need to return any of the items that I have been lucky enough to purchase on ebay. As a seller I do accept returns, if the buyer feels that I misrepresented an item in the listings description. In most cases I do not return shipping charges or pay to have the item shipped back to me.

I follow the policy and guidelines of eBay. As a seller: If an item is not paid for or I am not contacted by email within before items ends, or within 10 days after auction ends. I will leave negative feedback and file a complaint with ebay. Once a buyer has paid for an item I will leave positive feedback, ship ASAP, I expect positive feedback or an email upon arrival of the purchased item. When transaction is complete and the buyer is satisfied I exspect positive feedback. As a Buyer: I do not blink an eye at leaving negitive feedback for another seller (see my five Dishonest, neg feedback from another seller)and filing a complaint on a seller that does not follow ebay policy and guidelines. eBay is just a business, customer deserve to be satisfied and as a seller or a buy I demand satisfaction for each transaction.

I check my email several time thru out the day, respond in a timely manner, I save all of my emails from seller, buyers. (Helpful hint to other that read this: Keep all emails in a file for future reference, or until the transaction is complete and everyone is satisfied)Keeping records in a business in my job. I started my career at the age of 17 years old as a file clerk, and I save everything, whether it is digital or in paper form.
