Charanga Cakewalk A Sweet Piece of Cake!
Absolutely awesome CD by this tight, fun band. Actually makes me deliriously happy. I was bowled over by the magical blend of many styles of music...reggae, merengue, maranga and house music. I couldn't get enough of it! It's fun, yet sensual. Surprisingly sophisticated in a deceptively circus kind of way! The instrumentation and vocals are an easy listen. The kind of beat that makes you want to dance. I enjoyed it so much I bought another one of their CD's today. I hope to hear a lot more from them in the future.
