Ordered a "New" digitizer and glass display for a surface pro 6 and when it arrived it was scratched and dusty, clearly not new! I sent the seller a message and gave PLENTY of time to respond but never bothered to reply, I wouldn't recommend! P.S. if you want to tell people no returns no matter what it is after 3 days, put the note on the OUTSIDE of the box not on a note insidethe box, so I couldn't return it even though you were away! Bad business practice!!

The LCD panels came not according to specifications and when I received them they cannot be fitted (came without brackets). Packaging was also poor as I ordered 2 panels they were packed panel to panel and wrapped with thin film only there was no cushion whatsoever in between the panels. I've returned them to seller and seller did not proactively send me a refund and required eBay to step in to resolve it. I don't see how experienced they are in the industry and how good customer services are.
