Two separate pieces!
I guess I didn’t read the description closely enough. The case comes apart! The back comes off too easily... very strange case. Don’t like it.

Pretty good...
These lights are as expected, Nothing extraordinary about them. They work but every once in a while a short (about 18") section will just stop working. I found that a tap with an extended pole causes them to come back on. Not a huge deal but it would be nice if that didn't happen. Fortunately I put up the lights in a location where they are reachable without a lot of effort. They are brighter than I expected so when it says cool white, it does not mean that then are not really bright! The phrase seems to be more aimed at the color of the lights not the brightness. They are REALLY bright.
