We use Canada post as our primary shipping option for service within Canada. For USA and International orders, we will use either FedEx or UPS.

Returns will be accepted ONLY if item is malfunctioning or is dead on arrival. All claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, this item is sold as is after this 7 days period. We are not responsible for any warranty exchanges. All items returned must be in Like New condition with no cosmetic or technical damage, with all accessories and manuals. If there is cosmetic damage to the item, then there is an additional $20 restocking fee. Returns missing accessories will also incur an additional $10 restocking fee. All packaging must be in original state with original box. REPLACEMENT: If seeking a replacement or exchange, there will NOT be any restocking fees if item is returned in original condition or packaging. PAYMENT REFUND: If seeking a payment refund, there will be a 15% restock fee. There is no restocking fee for replacement of defective item.
