First the seller tells me she doesn't have the book I ordered. So I agree she can send a different book of similar value. That book came damaged, not as described because it was shipped in a flimsy mailer without protection. Seller insinuated I wasn't being honest despite me having provided photos. I inquired about two other books, asking if the seller would mail them in a box instead of a flimsy wrapper because who wants damaged books? Seller snootily insinuated I simply wanted to resell!!!
