Lenius Technologies opened in May of 2005 and is in our 3rd year of business. We provide computer, networking and webdesign services locally and strive to bring technology to the individual and corporate world at affordable prices.

Lenius Technologies prefers PayPal, but we also accept all major credit cards, echecks, persona checkes and moneyorders. Please allow upto 7 days for echecks, personal checks, and moneyorders to clear.

We ship daily, your item will ship with 24 hours of payment clearing. Lenius Technologies uses USPS and UPS for shipping services. When shipping USPS we will ship Priority mail (2-3 days for delivery). We will provide a delivery confirmation number but tracking is unavailable for USPS Priority Service. When using UPS we will ship 3-day select or Standard Ground. We will provide all tracking information provided by the UPS system. For international shipping we offer USPS Priority International (10-14 days). Please contact us if you would like expedited shipping.

Lenius Technologies does accept returns on all items we sell with the exception of some software. If you recieve an item DOA or one that is damaged in shipping we will 100% cover the replacement item, including shipping. We will require that the defective item be returned to us. We will email you a shipping label upon your request to initiate a return. All returns must be initiated with in 30 days of you recieving the item. We do not charge a restocking fee for items being returned, however if the item is not DOA or defective the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. All contents of the item (manuals, discs, cables, and power cords) must be returned in the original packaging in order to recieve a full refund. All refunds are processed with in 24 hours of us recieving and inspecting the item at our wharehouse.
