Seller kept offering partial refunds of 20%, 30%, 35%. Had to get eBay involved. Do not buy from this seller if you want item to arrive undamaged.

Earrings shipped in flat plastic envelope, so thin they were both broken upon arrival. Leaving fb instead of contacting seller in order to publicly ask them to use bubble wrap and more packaging care. These are extremely fragile and cheaply made, but if handled carefully can work. Not "plated" as advertised.

5 star seller, beautiful miniatures, For your information the bathtub received the edge was broken. For future deliveries on glass/porcelain/ceramic items, do not mail out in plastic envelope it should be wrapped properly so items do not break. Thanks.
