Until I could no longer work, I was a UNIX/Windows Systems Administrator. My last technical job was with Sprint. Since then, I've become a certified pharmacy technician, and now I just go to school full time.

The things that I sell are usually items that I do not want returned. I know I will never sell anything that is damaged or broken, so I figure if you bid for something, you've done your research and you want the item. If you buy it - it is yours to keep. When I buy something - I expect it to be in the working condition, or at least in the condition that it was described. If anything is truly damaged and/or not as in the condition it was described... and I can prove it - I expect to be able to get a refund. And that goes both ways. If somebody buys an item from me, and can prove it was not in the condition that I described, sure - I will be open for a return.

As a student, I know the value of words - and so that's the first thing I want to see... is how well somebody can communicate in writing. It gives me a little more insight about their level of education, manners, persona, etc...
