Hi I am a mom of 3 and like to supplement my income on the side with ebay... as you can see I do have great feedback and consider myself a trusted ebay member since 2003. I like to make sure my customers are happy.

House M.D., Clean House, anything on GSN, Americas next top model, forensic files, im really not much of a t.v. buff but when i do watch this is what i watch.

I try to handle packages within 24 hours of puchase but I always ask for 2 days handling time just in case... if ever later than that I always let my buyers know.

Returns are accepted but they are at my discression. if i flubbed up the auction and its brought to my attention and i realize that i made a bad mistake of course all monies are returned to buyer... if it is just a buyer who bought before reading all details and realized it is not what they wanted i will accept a return but they must pay shipping costs.
