I am an exotic bird owner, rescuer and breeder... have been involved with birds for 30 + years and have a facility in Texas. All of my feathers come from my birds and I have alot ... different kinds from lovebirds,amazons, many macaws & cockatoos

feathers, native american hand made fans, fly tying feathers, body fluff from the parrots, david winter houses and whatever else I have time for, the birds are a FULL time job...from babies to adults.

stuff for snow sports, our family loves to ski several times a year, if we can get someone to care for the birds, have a very reliable person but have to make sure their schedule is okay for FULL TIME bird duty..feeding, watering, veggies, fruit and all of that takes time. For the birds to grow such beautiful feathers it requires a very good environment and diet. When they are Happy it shows....

30 + years of raising exotic birds. I have a closed aviary that means there are NO birds allowed to enter the population. No exceptions, I have a seperate facility for the rescue animals where they can be quarintined and tested for avian diseases, since you never know where a rescue animal has been. I test for the big 3 , pssitacosis, polyoma and pachecos. once the bird is determined to be disease free it is offered for rehoming to a new family (if possible) many exotics that are rescued have severe behavior issues we try to match the rehomed birds to the new owners expectations and ability to give attention to them. These birds are offered for usually the cost of the avian screening tests and a minimal fee of 25.00 to 50.00. As a closed facility when you purchase a hand fed baby from us you are 100 % assured there is no avian disease. We do not make a living at raising birds but our family love hand feeding babies we raise in our home. Each year we raise 12-20 of a variety of species.

feather sales on ebay are pay pal only...since selling on ebay is worked around the animals it is the easiest for me.

if you pay promptly i ship the day you pay, check the site when have items on several times a day to verify payment. Post office is a distance from the house so only make trip if necessary.
