<3-- I LOVE YOU lexilulustarr!! --<3 I had to write again and tell you what this AMAZING ebay seller just did: Several weeks ago, I purchased a Bath & Body Works item from her. It was SUPER securely wrapped, but unfortunately arrived with a broken cap. I wrote to her, not to complain (the damage was clearly due to the USPS handling of the package) but to see if she had any more of the product available. Well, this lovely Seller refunded my item price AND my shipping! I was just really touched by her generousity and effort to insure that I'd continue to shop with her. Of course, I've bought several more of her items and guess what? Today my latest purchases arrived AND she sent me--FREE of charge--a replacement for the damaged Bath & Body Works item from several weeks ago...AMAZING!! What ebay seller goes to such lengths to insure a customers satisfaction? You MUST buy from lexilulustarr so you can see what I'm talking about. She is PERFECT! p.s.
